All custom online orders require 72pcs minimum per logo (12pcs per style/color). No set up fees.

Step 1

Pick a style and color.

Under the "Products" header, click on a category to view all of the styles within it. Then choose a style to view all color options.

Step 2

Upload your logo and choose thread colors.

Upload your logo by clicking the 'CHOOSE FILE' button and selecting a file from your computer. Editable files are always preferred (i.e. eps, pdf, tiff), but we will accept digitized tape files (i.e. dst) as well. Once you have successfully uploaded your logo, choose your thread colors from our easy drop down menu.

Step 3

Enter quantity and add to cart.

Choose how many units you would like of this style. Please note, multiples of 12pcs only are allowed. Once you have selected your quantity, simply click 'ADD TO CART'. Repeat this process if you have not yet reached the 72pcs minimum before proceeding to STEP 4 - Checkout.

Step 4

Checkout and place order

Enter your order details, such as shipping address or any order notes. You can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal or terms. If you do not have a current account with Imperial Headwear, payment terms will require approval before your order can be processed.

Congratulations! Now just sit back and wait for a customer service representative to contact you with a logo stitch out for your approval before we make your custom headwear!
